I got in the best shape of my life at 50. Here is the exact system.

A 12 week recomposition program for men over 50, built by a 50 year old who did it. You send your weigh-ins and photos each week. The plan adjusts to you.

Founding spots open first to the waitlist. No spam, one email when it opens.

Left, me at 39. Right, me at 50. Same guy, eleven years apart. The 12 weeks are the system that got me here, not a promise that you will match this in 12 weeks.

The problem

Every program I tried after 40 was written for someone else.

The college kid's split assumes you recover in a day. The over-40 plans assume you want to lose 10 pounds and stop. And none of them look at your numbers. You follow the plan, the scale does whatever it does, and nobody tells you what to change on Monday.

That last part is the whole problem. A plan without a feedback loop is a guess that lasts 12 weeks.

What you get

  1. The 12 week program.

Four to six training days a week, each muscle group twice, built for a body that is 50 and still wants to look like it lifts. Every lift, set and rep written out.

  2. The weekly adjustment.

Each week you send your weigh-ins, two photos and how the week went. You get back what I saw in your numbers and what changes: calories, cardio, a lift swap, or nothing, with the reason. This is the part no PDF gives you.

  3. The rules I actually use.

Why I warm up 15 minutes on the elliptical before every lift. Why daily cardio stays at 20 minutes and never creeps. How I decide whether a bad scale week means anything. The decision logic, not just the output.

  4. Daily tracking that takes two minutes.

Weigh in, log the session, move on. Monthly photo day with the six poses so your progress is visible to you, not just to the mirror.

Who this is for

You are a man over 45 who already trains or is ready to train four days a week. You want to drop fat without losing the muscle you have worked for. You can weigh yourself every morning and take two photos a week without drama.

It is not for you if you want a 30 day fix, if you cannot train at least four days, or if you need someone to make you show up. The program adjusts. It does not nag.

Who I am

I'm Brett. I'm 50. I wrestled, I coached, and I still officiate football and wrestling, so I have spent my whole adult life around people who are in shape for a living. At 39 I was soft and busy. The photo on this page is what eleven years of trial and error produced, and the system I run on myself is the system in this program.

I'm not a doctor and I'm not a certified coach. I'm the guy who did it and wrote down what worked.

FAQ

Do I need a gym?
A barbell, a rack and dumbbells cover it. A commercial gym works. A home setup like mine works.
What if I'm 55 or 62?
The program was written for 50. Everything in it works at 62 with the same recovery rules. Over 65 or coming back from an injury, talk to your doctor first.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a training and nutrition program. Clear it with your physician before you start, same as any program.
Refunds?
14 days, no questions asked. Email me and it's done.

You already know how to work. You have been doing it for 30 years. What you have never had is a plan that looks at your Tuesday weigh-in and tells you what Thursday should be.

Twelve weeks. Your numbers. My rules.
